(1984)
When brothers Josh and Mike go to a small southern town for a vacation, they find most of the residents either dead or missing. Mike soon disappears as well, leaving Josh to team up with the local sheriff and school teacher to find him in a town that’s hiding a dark, twisted secret.

A mid-80s horror-thriller that sits in the shadowy overlap between slasher structure and urban paranoia. It remains relatively obscure, often resurfacing among collectors of lesser-known 80s exploitation cinema. Its identity is shaped more by mood than by narrative clarity.
Collectors are drawn to its nocturnal urban aesthetic and its emphasis on atmosphere over explicit spectacle. The film’s shadow-heavy cinematography gives it strong visual identity for VHS-era packaging. Its obscurity makes it a niche but intriguing addition to deeper horror catalogs.
Directed by John "Bud" Cardos, it was produced in the mid-80s exploitation circuit. Limited distribution kept it under the radar, where it later circulated through home video markets.
