(1989)
On his 17th birthday, a boy named Michael has a surprise party thrown by his friends, where a session with a Ouija board accidentally unleashes a demon named Virgil, who possesses one of them to go on a killing spree. Michael, now plagued by violent nightmares and premonitions, sets out to try and stop the killings.

A supernatural horror film with strong 80s possession and childhood trauma themes. It is a lesser-known cult title from Mexican horror-adjacent production circles. Its tone mixes innocence with escalating supernatural threat.
Collectors are drawn to its childhood horror framing and its practical possession effects. The film’s creature manifestations and dreamlike logic give it strong VHS obscurity appeal. Its rarity makes it a deep-cut collectible in supernatural horror libraries.
Directed by Rubén Galindo Jr., it was produced in the late 80s during a period of strong Mexican genre output. It later circulated internationally through home video distribution.
